Scilly Isles
Ray and Sarah have begun organising regular dives to the Scilly Isles.
Why? Good diving, great scenery and good weather to name a few, seems to make good sense.
The trip demands a bit of organising with everyone being booked onto the Scillonian ferry, all equipment unloaded from cars into a container, collected and transferred to the transport (including a small boat transfer) and taken to the accommodation. Being regular travellers they have this sorted and very quickly the team have settled in and looking forward o the next days dives.

Being based on St Martins there are dive sites/opportunities all round and, if the diving is blown out, there is plenty to do in terms of walking, so every day is a winner. Izzy Allsop is the skipper on the MV Morven and she has a great knowledge of tides, winds and sites to ensure a good selection of dive sites and tastes are covered.
This year only one day was blown out which meant there were four good days diving on wrecks and reefs.
Dives completed included:;
- Gap Point
- Lady Charlotte
- The Cita
- The Cable
- Sponge Hill x 2
- Day Marker deep Ledges
- Jo’s Reef
An excellent week with next years already booked.
