2nd TSAC quiz night

2nd TSAC quiz night The first 50th anniversary quiz went well so a second one called for. This time the focus would be away from diving and more of a general quiz, although the odd diving question would slip in. The same format as before was used with two sets of picture questions, a music…

Stoney Cove Scotland’s weather looked appalling. Amber weather warnings, flooding and heavy rain made a five hour journey look unappealing adding to that the possibility of dive sites inaccessible we abandoned the Scotland idea. Not wanting to waste the opportunity two of us decided to head to Stoney Cove for the day. With Stoney they…

Gods Pocket

Gods Pocket This trip is one of the best out there. Not only for the diving but the pure adventure of getting there and being there. St Abbs (part 1)

St Abbs (part 1) An annual family trip to St Abbs gave me an opportunity to dive with Tony New (a BSAC member who has dived with our club on many trips). He is an experienced diver and enjoys photography so where better than St Abbs, in fact the photos used are mainly his. We…
